Renewable Energy Project Manager (Remote)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Remote Renewable Energy Project Manager to lead the development and execution of key green energy initiatives across the UK. Working entirely from home, you will be responsible for managing all phases of renewable energy projects, from conception and feasibility studies through to construction and commissioning. This role is crucial for advancing our client's commitment to sustainable energy and requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage dispersed teams and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, fostering innovation and excellence in the renewable energy sector .

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of renewable energy projects , including solar, wind, and battery storage installations.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, regulatory bodies, contractors, and internal teams, remotely.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards across the UK .
• Mitigate project risks by identifying potential issues early and implementing effective solutions.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and progress reporting for senior management and project sponsors.

Requirements

• Proven track record in managing large-scale renewable energy projects, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, project finance, and contractual agreements.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, adapted for a remote working environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• A relevant degree in Engineering, Project Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
