Renewable Energy Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished and dedicated Renewable Energy Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects within the rapidly expanding clean energy sector. This is a fully remote position, requiring a proactive individual who can manage all phases of project lifecycles from conception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end management of renewable energy projects , including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate and manage external contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and managing expectations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of project management best practices within the energy division .

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, specifically within the renewable energy industry (solar, wind, etc.).
• Demonstrated success in managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and relevant software tools.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to manage remote teams effectively.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
