Working with clients across the energy and infrastructure sectors, you will provide strategic advice on project development, commercial contracts, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and regulatory matters. You will also play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships and developing the firm's market presence.
This is an opportunity to shape the direction of the practice, work collaboratively with other teams across the firm and build a strong platform for future growth.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from experienced Energy Partners or senior lawyers ready to take on a leadership role, with a strong background in renewable energy and related commercial matters.

A strong understanding of the energy and infrastructure market.
Excellent client relationship management and business development skills.
The ability to develop and execute a strategy for practice growth.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify new opportunities.
The leadership skills to develop and inspire a team.
An established following and a network of contacts within the renewable energy sector would be highly advantageous.
The Firm
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading law firm in Birmingham and take a prominent role in developing its renewable energy practice at a time of significant market opportunity.
