Repairs Planning Supervisor – Flexible Hours

Derby Homes, an organisation owned by Derby City Council, is seeking a Works Supervisor to lead the Day-to-Day Repairs Planning team. You will coordinate across repairs & maintenance to ensure the right resources are used efficiently and appointments are scheduled to maximise productivity.

The role requires an organised, proactive leader who can manage changing priorities, monitor performance and drive improvements in service delivery for our 12,500 properties.
