Reprographics Assistant Required

CER Education is seeking an experienced Reprographics Assistant to support a busy school environment from October 2026 until at least the end of January 2027. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and organised individual with previous reprographics experience looking for a part-time role within education.

As a Reprographics Assistant, you will play a key role in providing high-quality printing, photocopying, scanning, and finishing services to staff across the school.

Key Responsibilities

Operating photocopying, printing, and finishing equipment Producing high-quality printed materials to deadlines Managing printing requests from teaching and support staff Binding, laminating, collating, and finishing documents Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as required Maintaining reprographics equipment and reporting faults Ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently

Requirements

Previous experience working in a reprographics, print room, or similar environment Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines Good communication and customer service skills Knowledge of print production and reprographics equipment Experience working in a school or educational setting is desirable but not essential
