This role is central to creating and refining the analytical techniques used to characterize new compounds and ensure product quality. You will work with advanced instrumentation and play a key part in supporting the R&D pipeline through robust analytical solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and validate new analytical methods for diverse chemical matrices.
- Utilize a range of analytical techniques, including HPLC, GC, MS, UV-Vis, and NMR.
- Troubleshoot existing analytical methods and instrumentation to resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with R&D chemists to understand analytical requirements and provide solutions.
- Perform stability studies and impurity profiling as required.
- Document all method development activities and prepare comprehensive reports.
Requirements
- PhD or Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
- Proven experience in analytical method development and validation within a research or industrial setting.
- Expertise with modern chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques.
- Strong understanding of analytical chemistry principles and instrumentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to experimentation.
