Resident Experience & Liaison Lead

Lovell is seeking a confident Resident Liaison Officer to support our social housing refurbishment projects. You will be the link between residents, the project team and the client, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the works programme.

You will manage the customer journey from pre-start visits and profiling to daily communication, complaint resolution and aftercare, maintaining CRM records, supporting project administration and building strong relationships with residents
