Resident Liaison & Experience Lead

Our client, a leading retrofit and decarbonisation contractor, is seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to join their Harrow team to manage the resident journey during planned refurbishment. You will be the main contact for residents, ensuring clear communication and minimising disruption throughout works.

Working closely with site teams, clients, and subcontractors, you will help maintain high resident satisfaction and coordinate support for vulnerable residents.
