Resident Experience Manager

At Centrick, we're looking for a passionate and people-focused Resident Experience Manager to lead one of our Build to Rent communities. Working closely with the Build to Rent Portfolio Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of community operations, including resident engagement, property performance, contractor management and financial objectives. As the face of the development, you'll lead a small onsite team, maintain high service standards and ensure the community operates efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience and achieving key business goals.
