About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and client-focused Residential Architect to join their established practice in Norwich . This role involves the design and delivery of high-quality bespoke homes, from initial concept sketches to detailed construction information. You will work closely with clients to understand their aspirations, translating them into beautiful, practical, and efficient living spaces. The position offers the chance to work on a variety of residential projects, including new builds, extensions, and renovations, contributing to a firm known for its high standards of design and client service in the East Anglia region. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural concepts for bespoke residential properties.
• Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documentation for client and contractor use.
• Manage client relationships, consultations, and site visits throughout the project.
• Ensure designs comply with planning policy, building regulations, and aesthetic requirements.
• Collaborate with structural engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Architect or experienced Architectural Designer with a strong portfolio in residential design.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering high-end private residences.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Good understanding of UK planning laws and building regulations relevant to residential projects.
• Excellent design flair, communication, and client management skills.
