Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with experience in the residential sector .
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Good knowledge of UK building regulations and planning policies relevant to residential development.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently and deliver creative design solutions in Nottingham .
