About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Residential Architect to join their practice in Southampton . This hybrid role involves designing and managing a diverse range of high-quality residential projects, from bespoke single-family homes to multi-unit developments. You will be involved in all stages of the design process, from initial concept development and client liaison to detailed technical design and construction oversight. This position is perfect for an architect passionate about residential design who seeks a balanced approach to work, combining office-based collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural plans for new build homes and refurbishments, ensuring aesthetic appeal and functional efficiency.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and planning application documents.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget constraints.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with a strong portfolio of residential projects.
