About the Role
Our client, a reputable architectural firm with a strong portfolio of residential projects, is seeking a talented Residential Architect to join their dynamic team in Liverpool . This role focuses on the design and delivery of high-quality housing developments, from bespoke individual homes to larger multi-unit schemes. You will be involved in all project stages, from client consultation and conceptual design through to detailed technical development and construction oversight. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and client-focused architect to make a significant contribution to the housing landscape, working in a collaborative and supportive studio environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for a variety of residential projects, including new builds and refurbishments.
- Develop innovative and contextually appropriate architectural solutions for housing schemes.
- Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
- Manage client relationships and project delivery from inception to completion.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant building regulations, planning policies, and housing standards.
- Collaborate effectively with consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Qualified Architect with substantial experience in residential architecture .
- Proven track record in designing and delivering high-quality housing projects.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with a strong understanding of BIM principles.
- In-depth knowledge of UK housing standards and building regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating desirable living spaces in Liverpool .
