About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented Residential Architect to design and deliver a range of high-quality housing projects in and around Liverpool . This role focuses on creating beautiful, functional, and sustainable homes, from individual bespoke residences to multi-unit developments. You will be involved in all stages of the design process, from initial client consultations and concept development to detailed design and site supervision. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of bespoke and multi-unit residential projects, ensuring high aesthetic and functional standards.
• Develop concept designs, detailed drawings, and specifications for new builds and refurbishments.
• Manage client relationships, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the design process.
• Liaise with planning authorities to secure approvals for residential developments in Merseyside .
• Coordinate with structural engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design intent.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with a strong portfolio of residential design work.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential architecture.
• Proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, and relevant design visualization tools.
• Good understanding of UK building regulations and planning policies for residential developments.
• Excellent client communication and project management skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for high-quality residential design.
