About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented Residential Architect to contribute to their well-regarded practice based in Bradford. This role focuses on the design and delivery of high-quality residential projects, ranging from individual bespoke homes to larger multi-unit developments. You will engage with clients from the initial design stages, translating their aspirations into functional, beautiful, and sustainable living spaces. The hybrid working model allows for essential office-based collaboration and client meetings, balanced with the flexibility to work from home, ensuring a productive and integrated approach to residential design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural plans for a variety of residential projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and material schedules.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing design solutions.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant planning policies and building regulations.
• Liaise with contractors and consultants to oversee the construction process.
• Contribute to sustainable design strategies and material selection.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with a passion for residential design.
• Experience in designing and delivering high-quality residential schemes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD , Revit , and other relevant design software.
• Knowledge of planning procedures and building control requirements.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
