Our client is seeking a talented and client-focused Residential Architect to join their respected firm in Liverpool . This role focuses on the design and delivery of high-quality bespoke homes and residential developments. You will work closely with clients from initial concept through to completion, ensuring their vision is realized with creative design solutions and meticulous attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for an architect with a passion for domestic architecture to contribute to exciting projects within the Merseyside region, working within a supportive team that values design quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop architectural plans for new residential buildings and extensions.
- Create detailed drawings, specifications, and 3D models for client approval and construction.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, planning consultants, and builders throughout the project.
- Ensure all designs comply with residential building regulations and planning policies.
- Manage projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
Requirements
- Qualified Architect with at least 3 years of experience in residential design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing successful high-end residential projects.
- Proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, and visualization software.
- Excellent understanding of domestic building codes and construction techniques in the UK.
- Strong communication and client-management skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful, functional homes in Liverpool .
