About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and client-focused Residential Architect to join their well-established practice in Wolverhampton . This is an office-based role where you will manage residential projects from initial client consultation through to construction completion. You will design bespoke homes, extensions, and renovations, ensuring high standards of design quality, technical execution, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their needs and aspirations for residential projects.
• Develop innovative and practical design solutions for new builds, extensions, and refurbishments.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and tender packages.
• Manage planning applications and building regulations submissions.
• Provide architectural support and site supervision during the construction phase.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with experience in the residential sector .
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and planning policies for residential developments.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• A portfolio showcasing successful residential projects.
