An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Building Surveyor to join a respected property consultancy operating across London.

The role offers a combination of independent working, varied residential surveying instructions and the opportunity to earn additional income through a performance-related bonus scheme.

The Role

Carry out residential property surveys and inspections.

Assess building condition, identify defects and provide practical recommendations.

*

Prepare clear, professional reports for private clients.

*

Manage your own workload while working alongside an established support team.

*

Develop professional relationships and contribute to future business opportunities.

The Package

Basic salary of £60,000–£75,000, depending on experience.

*

Uncapped bonus potential, with total earnings potentially exceeding £100,000.

*

Home-based working, covering London and surrounding areas.

*

Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

RICS membership and mileage expenses covered.

About You

*

AssocRICS or MRICS qualified.

*

Experienced in carrying out residential surveys independently.

*

Strong technical knowledge of building construction and defects.

*

Confident report writer with excellent communication skills.

*

Professional, organised and committed to delivering a high standard of client service.

Experience across different levels of residential surveys would be advantageous.
