Residential Care Team Leader — Trauma-Informed Impact

Crystal Care Solutions Limited is seeking a committed Team Leader for one of our residential children’s homes. You will lead shifts, supervise staff and contribute to care planning to ensure trauma-informed, high-quality care for young people with complex needs.

You will work with the Registered Manager, promote safeguarding, manage records and support budgets and home standards. A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare is required, with leadership experience and a UK driving licence preferred.
