About the Role

Our client is searching for a proactive and customer-focused Residential Letting Agent to manage their property portfolio in Bradford . This role involves marketing rental properties, screening potential tenants, conducting viewings, and managing tenancy agreements. You will be the primary point of contact for both landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local rental market and a passion for providing excellent service in West Yorkshire .

Key Responsibilities

• Market vacant rental properties across various channels to attract prospective tenants.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about the properties.
• Screen tenant applications, including credit checks and reference verification.
• Prepare and execute tenancy agreements and associated documentation.
• Address tenant queries and issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience in lettings or property management is essential.
• Knowledge of the Bradford rental market and landlord/tenant legislation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must possess a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle.
