About the Role

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of letting residential properties, from marketing and viewings to referencing and contract signing. You will be the key liaison between landlords and prospective tenants, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both. The role combines remote administrative tasks with on-site property viewings and client meetings, offering a dynamic work environment in the vibrant Leeds property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Market available rental properties across various online platforms and agency channels.
• Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and local amenities.
• Screen potential tenants, including conducting thorough background and financial checks.
• Prepare and manage tenancy agreements, ensuring legal compliance.
• Liaise with landlords, providing regular updates on marketing progress and tenant applications.
• Handle initial property enquiries and manage the check-in/check-out process.

Requirements

• Previous experience in lettings, estate agency, or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
