Key Responsibilities

• Market available properties across various channels to attract potential tenants.
• Conduct property viewings, showcasing features and benefits to prospective renters.
• Screen tenants, conduct referencing, and prepare tenancy agreements.
• Negotiate terms between landlords and tenants to achieve mutually agreeable outcomes.
• Manage the property handover process, including inventory checks and key collection/return.

Requirements

• Previous experience in lettings or estate agency is essential.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A good understanding of the Manchester lettings market .
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
