Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings with potential tenants, showcasing properties effectively.
• Register new applicants, understand their requirements, and match them with available properties.
• Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to reach mutually agreeable terms.
• Process referencing, prepare tenancy agreements, and ensure all legal documentation is in order.
• Maintain excellent communication with landlords, tenants, and colleagues throughout the letting process.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is desirable; property experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload.
• A good understanding of the Belfast residential lettings market is beneficial.
• Full UK driving license is required for property viewings.
