Residential Multi-Trade Technician - Property Repairs

Reed Specialist Recruitment are seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join a growing property maintenance team. You will carry out responsive repairs, planned maintenance, void works, and property inspections across a residential housing portfolio, working across occupied and void properties and liaising with residents.

This role requires a primary trade with competence in several trades, strong health and safety knowledge, and the ability to manage a varied workload.
