You will be the first point of contact for potential sellers, providing initial valuations and guidance. Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial property appraisals and provide accurate market valuations to potential sellers.
Effectively market the agency's services and secure new instructions.
Prepare high-quality property details, including descriptions, photographs, and floor plans.
Manage the scheduling of viewings and valuations.
Maintain excellent communication with clients throughout the listing process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners in the Reading area.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable; real estate experience is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident and professional demeanour.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy schedule.
Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
A valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential for property visits.
