You will be responsible for conducting market appraisals, presenting competitive fees, and building rapport to win new instructions. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new property instructions through effective sales techniques and lead generation.
- Conduct accurate and compelling market appraisals for potential vendors.
- Present marketing strategies and fee proposals clearly and persuasively to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly listing targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of instructions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the estate agency or property sector.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A confident and persuasive personality with a drive to succeed.
- In-depth knowledge of the local Stoke-on-Trent property market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
- Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
