You will be responsible for conducting market appraisals, presenting competitive fees, and building rapport to win new instructions. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new property instructions through effective sales techniques and lead generation.
• Conduct accurate and compelling market appraisals for potential vendors.
• Present marketing strategies and fee proposals clearly and persuasively to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly listing targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of instructions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the estate agency or property sector.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A confident and persuasive personality with a drive to succeed.
• In-depth knowledge of the local Stoke-on-Trent property market.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
• Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
