Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical inspections and valuations of a diverse range of residential properties.
• Prepare detailed and accurate property valuation reports for mortgage lenders, vendors, and internal use.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local Coventry property market, including price fluctuations and demand.
• Communicate valuation findings clearly and professionally to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Property Valuer or Surveyor within the UK residential market.
• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) standards.
• Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in using property valuation software and databases.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within the West Midlands region.
