Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough on-site inspections and appraisals of residential properties across the Birmingham area.
• Prepare detailed and accurate property valuation reports for mortgage lenders, homeowners, and investors.
• Provide expert advice to clients on property market trends, pricing strategies, and potential return on investment.
• Liaise with estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for valuations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market, including sales data and planning regulations.
• Ensure all valuations comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Property Valuer, Surveyor, or Estate Agent with valuation responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of the residential property market in and around Birmingham.
• Excellent knowledge of valuation methodologies and reporting standards.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using valuation software and MS Office Suite.
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for site visits.
