Location: Southend, Essex Salary: Up to £13.99 per hour / £29,106 per annum

JP Healthcare Recruitment is recruiting for Residential Support Workers to join a children’s residential service in Southend.

You will support young people with daily life, activities, education, independence and emotional wellbeing while helping maintain a safe and positive home environment.

Requirements

• Experience working with children or young people

• Caring, resilient and empathetic approach

• Willingness to complete the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare

• Ability to work a residential shift pattern

A Level 3 qualification, children’s home experience and a driving licence are desirable.
