Resourcer - Recruitment Consultancy

About the Role

Our client, a dynamic recruitment consultancy located in Plymouth , Devon, is looking for a proactive Resourcer to join their expanding team. This role is essential for identifying and engaging potential candidates to fill vacancies across various sectors. You will work closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand client needs and actively source suitable individuals through various channels. This is an ideal entry-level position for someone looking to start or develop their career in recruitment, offering valuable experience and a supportive environment in the South West of England.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through online job boards, social media platforms, and networking events.
• Screen candidate CVs and conduct initial phone interviews to assess suitability for roles.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future vacancies.
• Register candidates and ensure all compliance documentation is accurately completed.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist Recruitment Consultants with market research and candidate database management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a resourcing or candidate engagement role is advantageous, but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn about the recruitment industry.
• Must be able to work from our office in Plymouth .
