About the Role

Our client, a leading Recruitment Consultancy in Wolverhampton , is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Resourcer to join their busy team. In this vital support role, you will be instrumental in identifying and engaging potential candidates for a wide range of roles, working closely with Recruitment Consultants to build talent pipelines. You will gain invaluable experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and database management within a supportive and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen candidate CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews to assess suitability and interest.
• Maintain and update the candidate database (ATS) with accurate and timely information.
• Schedule interviews for Recruitment Consultants and manage candidate communications.
• Assist with market research and competitor analysis to identify talent trends.
• Build relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a resourcing, recruitment support, or similar administrative role is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• A proactive and driven attitude, eager to learn and contribute to a recruitment team.
