About the Role

Our client requires a proactive Resourcer to support their busy recruitment team in Belfast . This role is crucial for identifying and engaging with high-quality candidates, ensuring the agency has a strong talent pipeline for its clients. You will work closely with recruitment consultants, acting as the first point of contact for many potential applicants. Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates from various platforms, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments via phone or video calls to evaluate suitability for open roles.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates, ensuring accurate and detailed records.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist consultants with market research and talent mapping for specific industries or roles.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a resourcing or recruitment support role is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate sourcing tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
