Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability and interest.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Assist consultants with CV formatting, shortlisting, and interview scheduling.
• Develop talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs across different sectors.
• Conduct initial market research to identify key talent pools and competitor insights.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role or recruitment support is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
