Your focus will be on building talent pipelines, conducting initial screenings, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
• Screening candidate applications and conducting initial telephone or video interviews.
• Building and maintaining a database of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
• Assisting recruitment consultants with candidate management and interview scheduling.
• Ensuring all candidate interactions are professional and provide a positive experience.
• Keeping up-to-date with market trends and understanding client requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a resourcing, recruitment, or administrative role is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of candidate sourcing techniques and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse individuals.
• High level of attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ideally experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• A proactive attitude and a keen desire to learn and grow within the recruitment sector.
