About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Resourcer to join their specialist Tech & Digital recruitment team in Sheffield . In this vital role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with top tech talent, building candidate pipelines, and supporting the Senior Consultants in delivering exceptional service to clients. You will gain invaluable experience in the fast-paced world of tech recruitment, working with cutting-edge companies and highly skilled professionals across the South Yorkshire region.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for technology and digital roles using various job boards, social media platforms, and candidate databases.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability and interest.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool of IT professionals for current and future opportunities.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with consultants and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with market research and competitor analysis to identify talent trends.
• Ensure all candidate data is accurately recorded and updated in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing role is highly desirable, particularly within the tech sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and engaging telephone manner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
• Familiarity with using LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networking tools.
• A keen interest in technology and digital roles.
