Resourcer - Technology Recruitment

About the Role

Our client, a thriving recruitment consultancy based in Coventry , is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Resourcer to support their busy Technology recruitment team. In this vital role, you will be the backbone of the consultancy, responsible for identifying and engaging with high-calibre candidates to fill live vacancies. You'll work closely with experienced consultants, ensuring a seamless recruitment process for both clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability and interest.
• Maintain an up-to-date and accurate candidate database, ensuring all information is logged correctly.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist consultants with market research and competitor analysis within the technology sector.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed, ensuring efficient operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a recruitment or candidate sourcing role is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, eager to learn and develop within the recruitment industry in Coventry .
