Key Responsibilities

• Manage all daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to achieve high performance.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues to maintain guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage management, P&L, and inventory control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is essential.
