Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff to achieve high performance.
• Maintain exceptional standards of customer service, handling inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
• Control inventory, manage supplier relationships, and optimize food and labour costs.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on staff development.
• Excellent understanding of restaurant operations, P&L statements, and cost control.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is essential.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial management.
