Our client is searching for an accomplished Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a vibrant eatery in Birmingham . This pivotal role involves managing front-of-house staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, to deliver outstanding service.
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory management for FOH supplies, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, aiming for swift resolution.
- Implement strategies to increase sales, customer satisfaction, and repeat business.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards and maintain a welcoming and clean dining environment.
- Train new staff members on service protocols, menu knowledge, and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager role.
- Proven track record in managing staff and driving customer satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of FOH operations, including POS systems and service standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
