About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at their popular establishment in Birmingham . You will be instrumental in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing front-of-house staff, and driving operational efficiency and profitability. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of front-of-house operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
• Oversee inventory of beverages, linens, and other front-of-house supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Implement and maintain operational standards for service, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Train and develop front-of-house staff to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu promotions and overall dining experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a similar setting.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest relations.
• Proficiency in P.O.S. systems and restaurant management software.
• A comprehensive understanding of hospitality operations, service standards, and cost control.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
