Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training.

• Control inventory, manage food and beverage costs , and implement effective cost-saving measures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a similar setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent understanding of restaurant operations , including P&L statements and inventory management.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
