Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness.

- Control inventory, manage food and beverage costs, and optimize purchasing to maintain profitability.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotions to attract and retain customers.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar senior hospitality management role.

- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and P&L statements effectively.
