You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation, fostering a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Maintain impeccable standards of food hygiene, health, and safety across the entire establishment.
• Control inventory, manage food and beverage costs, and implement strategies to increase profitability.
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience by monitoring guest feedback and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy dining environment.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the food service industry.
