Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory, and customer service.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the dining area and bar.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a similar setting.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations , including P&L management, inventory, and staffing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
