Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.

• Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team, fostering a culture of teamwork and high performance.
• Control inventory, manage supplier relationships, and oversee food and beverage costs to maximize profitability.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager role is essential.
