Restaurant Team Leader: Lead, Coach & Drive Busy Shifts

KFC is seeking a Teamleader to lead on the shop floor, drive the restaurant to meet targets and ensure every guest leaves happy. You’ll set the pace, lift the vibe, and get stuck in to make each shift count.

You’ll coach, support and celebrate your team, helping them grow, learn, and bring their best to every shift. A calm, proactive leader who can adapt quickly is ideal for this role.
