About the Role

Our client is looking for a dynamic and motivated Retail Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing operations in Coventry . Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including staff scheduling, performance management, and customer service oversight.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Manage stock levels, ordering, and visual merchandising to optimize sales and presentation.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally and effectively.
