About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading their retail outlet in Nottingham . You will be involved in all aspects of store operations, including staff management, customer service, sales performance, and inventory control. This hybrid role offers a blend of on-site leadership and potential for some off-site administrative duties, focusing on driving business success and maintaining high operational standards in the Nottingham area.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and driving store profitability.
• Lead and motivate the retail team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements
