Retail Deputy Manager - Lead & Inspire Customer Experience

The Works Stores Ltd is seeking a Deputy Manager for an 18‑hour contract to lead the team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll drive performance, uphold standards, and step in when the Store Manager is unavailable, while modelling leadership, teamwork and a hands-on approach on the shop floor.

You’ll also embody our brand ambassador ethos, engaging customers, supporting recruitment and training, and ensuring stock, compliance and safety are maintained.
