Store Operations Lead — Deputy Manager

Lidl GB in Wilmslow is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead the team on the shop floor and behind the scenes. You’ll manage cash processes, monitor stock integrity, and inspire colleagues, taking ownership in the store when the Store Manager is absent.

You will drive excellent customer service, uphold health and safety standards, and support the team to deliver Lidl’s values and KPIs while maintaining a supportive working environment.
